Take one look at the tech industry and one thing is apparent: there’s a lack of diversity. There’s a lack of women in leadership roles and men of color in the industry as a whole.
I’ve been in tech my entire career. Being black, I have a unique perspective that I believe will help crack the diversity code and lay a strong foundation for a more diverse industry going forward.
